- •Board/Investors (if applicable): Receive insight through structured reporting not through direct influence on execution

- We document and agree to the following upfront:

- •Access levels and decision authority
- •Responsibilities by role
- •Collaboration schedule and deliverables
- •Data confidentiality protocols
- 4. Embedded, Not Disruptive
- We integrate into your rhythm your meetings, leadership routines, and review structures.
- We do not create unnecessary layers of process or parallel initiatives that dilute your team’s focus or energy.
- 5. Transfer Ownership.
- Everything we build with you is transferred to you: frameworks, dashboards, decision models, and playbooks.
- We train your team, document systems, and ensure you are never dependent on us.
